Go to https://rightsstatements.org/page/1.0/?language=en and find the appropriate Rights Statement for your artifacts. Then go to the Dublin Core metadata for each of the artifacts and, in the DC:Rights field, add the name and URI for the rights statement. You will have to go to Dublin Core Options in your WordPress settings and add a line for %Rights% in your dublin core metadata shortcode in order to get the rights statement to display on your page.
